ChatRoulette- Genius Or Downright Disturbing Weirdness?

The web has always been a strange place full of weird and wonderful concepts and people. The latest in a long line of freak shows is an addictive/horrifying website that goes by the name of ChatRoulette. The premise is simple, it does pretty much what it says on the tin, in that you can chat with entirely random people.
